Education is a core part of our mission.
Our founder, Crystal, began her journey serving in the United States Air Force before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and later a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After years of working directly with patients and navigating insurance barriers, she recognized how many providers were never taught the complex rules that impact reimbursement.
Determined to change that, Crystal became a Certified Professional Biller, Coder, and Medical Auditor and now teaches healthcare professionals how to better understand payer regulations, strengthen documentation, and confidently advocate for the reimbursement they’ve earned.
Through live classes, workshops, and webinars, our goal is simple:
educate, empower, and support the people who care for patients.
