These are direct hire positions.

🌿 Executive Chaos Coordinator a.k.a. Administrative Assistant Extraordinaire (Marketing & Social Media Skills)💻✨
Do you thrive in organized chaos and secretly enjoy keeping someone else alive, on time, and sane?
Are you the kind of person who’s ten steps ahead, knows what needs to be done before anyone asks, and thrives on keeping chaos organized?
Then congratulations — you might just be the hero we’ve been waiting for. 🦸♀️
We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and reliable high-level Executive Assistant who can manage calendars, wrangle inboxes, run social media, and help maintain the owner’s sanity before she starts emailing from two different time zones and keep us running like a well-oiled machine.
Need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sarcastic, “organized-chaos-meets-clinical-comedy” kind of workplace.
You’ll be the owner’s right hand, left hand, and occasionally the brain in between. 🧠
We work hard. We play hard. We laugh a lot.
This is not an entry-level role. You must have previous Executive Assistant or Administrative experience.
💼 About the Role
You’ll be working directly with leadership to streamline operations, manage communication, and support both business and marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing emails, messages, and follow-ups like a pro
• Performing outreach campaigns across several social media platforms
• Helping maintain the owner’s sanity (possibly the most important task) 🧠💆♀️
• Organizing projects, deadlines, and workflows
• Managing schedules and calendar coordination
• Following up with the team and keeping leadership accountable
• Turning big ideas into actionable steps and making things happen
• Bonus: Using tools like ChatGPT or automations to boost efficiency
💡 About You
• You’ve worked as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant rockstar before
• You’re insanely organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on structure
• You’re a strong communicator — spoken and written English must be fluent (sarcasm helps too)
• You’re resourceful and proactive — not someone who waits for directions
• You’re adaptable and can pivot when priorities change
• You have some experience with Meta Ads, content creation, and video editing
• Bonus: You’re comfortable using AI tools or automations to make workflows smarter
🎯 What We’re Looking For
This isn’t just another admin job — this is a leadership support role for someone who wants to be a key part of a growing U.S.-based healthcare and consulting company.
You’ll work closely with the owner to execute ideas, streamline processes, and keep multiple moving parts aligned across different business ventures (and yes, occasionally talk them off the ledge when the inbox hits 999+). 📬🔥
💰 Compensation & Details
• Negotiable pay based on fair market value. We’re not starting at $5-$6, but higher
• Must be able to receive payments via Wise
• Full-time, remote position
• U.S. daytime hours (night shift in PH)
🚀 Why You’ll Love Working With Us
The owner is hilarious, high-energy, and slightly allergic to boredom. You’ll never have the same day twice.
We’re a no-drama, sarcasm-filled, work-hard-play-hard kind of crew that believes in getting things done and laughing while we do it.
You’ll be working directly with an entrepreneurial, fast-moving, occasionally chaotic leader who thinks big, moves quickly, and sometimes needs a gentle reminder to eat, breathe, or not schedule 14 meetings in one afternoon. 🗓️😅
You’ll learn more here than anywhere else — seriously — and have real autonomy to make things happen. We value initiative, humor, and people who can bring calm to the chaos without losing their spark.
If you can balance the madness with composure, keep your sense of humor, and make the boss look good while keeping them out of trouble, you’re our kind of human. 💚
This is your chance to be the reason everything gets done (and the reason the owner doesn’t accidentally schedule 14 meetings at once).
If you’ve ever looked at a chaotic inbox and thought, “I could fix that in 20 minutes,” or if you’ve ever kept a boss alive solely through reminders, scheduling wizardry, and your will to live — you are our kind of human. Keeping us out of trouble — we need you. 🌿💚
Then welcome home, hero. 🦸♀️
So… if you’re ready to fix the boss — oh, I mean this Hot Mess Express — and keep it running smoothly down the tracks, hop on board before we derail. 🚂🔥

🌿 New Leaf Careers FAQ
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining our team! Below you’ll find answers to common questions about our application process, job expectations, and what makes a candidate stand out.
🌿 APPLICATION & INTERVIEW PROCESS
Q: How long does it take to hear back after I apply?
We review every application carefully. If your qualifications match, you’ll receive an email about scheduling an interview. This can take anywhere from a few days to two weeks depending on the number of applicants so please keep an eye on your inbox (and check your spam/junk folders just in case).
Q: Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes! If you meet the qualifications for multiple roles, you’re welcome to apply for more than one. Just make sure your resume reflects the skills, knowledge, and education to each position.
Q: What’s the interview process like?
Typically, our interview process includes:
1️⃣ Application review + intro video submission
2️⃣ Initial virtual interview (Zoom/Google Meet)
3️⃣ For some roles, a brief skills or knowledge check
4️⃣ Final team interview — this is where you’ll meet several members of the team. We do this because culture fit matters just as much as skill. We want you to feel like you belong here, and we want to make sure we feel the same way. It’s important to us that everyone joins a team where they’ll be valued, comfortable, and supported.
Remember the interview is a two-way conversation.
We’re evaluating whether you’re the right fit for our team, but you’re also evaluating whether we’re the right fit for you. We want every hire to feel confident, respected, and excited to be part of New Leaf. We want this to be a great match on both sides.
Q: Do you notify applicants if they aren’t selected?
Yes — we do our best to notify every applicant by email once a decision is made.
Q: What happens if I interview but there isn’t an open position right now?
Sometimes we meet incredible candidates but don’t have an immediate opening that fits. In those cases, we’ll add you to our candidate database pool for future opportunities.
When a new position opens that matches your skills, we’ll reach out to see if you’re available and interested. You’ll always have the choice to accept or decline — no pressure.
We keep this pool because when we find talented, dependable people, we don’t want to lose contact. You never know when the perfect opportunity might line up. 🌿
💼 QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPECTATIONS
Q: Do I need healthcare experience?
It depends on the role. For clinical positions, yes — hands-on experience is required. For billing, creative, or marketing roles, healthcare familiarity is a plus but not mandatory.
Q: Can I work for other clients while working for you?
During hours you’re being paid hourly by us — no. You must dedicate your full attention to New Leaf during that time. You can’t serve two clients at once while clocked in, as that would be both unethical and a conflict of interest.
However, on your personal time, you’re free to do whatever you want, work with other clients, run your own business, or relax.
For roles paid by project or flat rate (like Social Media Manager), you can manage multiple projects at once, as long as deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
In short:
🕒 Hourly roles = focus only on New Leaf during work hours
📁 Project/flat-rate roles = you can take on other clients outside of our projects
Q: What are the work hours?
All positions follow U.S. daytime hours (night shift in the Philippines). Consistency and reliability are key; teamwork depends on it. Unless on project status then no set work hours as long as deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Q: Is this a short-term project or a long-term position?
All openings at New Leaf are long-term career opportunities with real growth potential, not short-term gigs.
🌍 REMOTE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Q: Is this role fully remote?
Yes! All positions are 100% remote. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the ability to join virtual meetings with your camera on.
Q: Do I need to live in the Philippines to apply?
Most of our remote team is based in the Philippines, but we welcome applicants from other locations if they can work U.S. daytime hours and meet the technical requirements.
🧠 TECHNICAL & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
Q: Do I need special equipment?
Yes, you’ll need stable high-speed internet, a reliable computer/laptop, and a webcam for virtual meetings (camera on is required).
Q: Will I get training?
Absolutely. We provide onboarding, systems walkthroughs, and role-specific training to set you up for success.
Q: How is performance evaluated?
We evaluate based on productivity, accuracy, communication, initiative, reliability, teamwork, and adherence to compliance/confidentiality standards.
💰 PAY & BENEFITS
Q: How is pay determined?
Pay is based on education, experience, and skill level. The stronger your billing, coding, or clinical knowledge, the higher your starting rate.
Q: How often am I paid?
We process payroll weekly through secure systems.
Q: Do you offer benefits?
Yes! We offer PTO, paid holidays, mental health days, and insurance. Our virtual team members receive the same respect and benefits because everyone deserves fair treatment and balance.
💬 CULTURE & EXPECTATIONS
Q: What’s the company culture like?
Supportive, professional, and drama-free. We believe in accountability, humor, and teamwork not micromanagement.
Q: Do you have other virtual assistants from the Philippines?
Absolutely! 🇵🇭
We already have an amazing group of virtual team members from medical virtual assistants to medical billing specialists who have been with us long-term. They’re a valued part of our organization and work side by side (virtually) with our U.S. team every day. We take pride in creating a respectful, supportive environment where our virtual staff feel appreciated, empowered, and genuinely part of the New Leaf family. 🌿
Q: Is this a real company or another online scam?
We get this question a lot and yes, we’re a legitimate U.S.-based healthcare practice with long-term virtual team members in the Philippines. We take pride in treating our people well and building stable careers.
Q: How can I stand out as an applicant?
Follow directions carefully, upload your intro video, keep your resume updated, and show genuine enthusiasm. We value people who take initiative and bring both skill and personality to their work.
🩵 DIVERSITY & RESPECT
Q: What’s your stance on diversity and inclusion?
We’re proud to have a diverse team spanning multiple countries and backgrounds. We value professionalism, respect, and inclusiveness. Everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and heard at work.
Why You Might Not Get an Interview
We understand it’s frustrating when you don’t hear back. Here are the most common reasons applicants don’t move forward (and how to fix them 👇).
❌ 1. Not Following Directions
Every posting includes clear steps — make sure you complete them all. Skipping required items (like the intro video or missing application info) can automatically remove you from consideration.
📝 2. Outdated or Incomplete Resume
We often receive resumes where the most recent job listed is from three years ago, yet during interviews candidates mention they’ve been working since then.
👉 Please update your resume before applying. An outdated or incomplete resume raises red flags and can cost you an interview.
🎥 3. No Intro Video
This step is not optional. The intro video helps us get to know you beyond your resume.
Be yourself — genuine beats “perfect.”
Tell us:
💡 Why you’re the one we can’t live without
💡 Why this is your position
💡 What excites you about working with our team
We know it can feel awkward to talk about yourself, but this is your time to shine. Confidence and authenticity go a long way. 🌟
✅ Tip for Success:
Follow every step, keep your resume updated, and upload your intro video.
Applicants who take those extra few minutes stand out — and they’re the ones who get interviews.
